You’ll partner closely with an experienced People Leader who will mentor and develop you, while you take ownership across a broad generalist remit. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR Advisor who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll join a fast-paced, growing construction environment where you’ll support a broad generalist remit, work closely with an experienced HR leader, and have the chance to contribute to meaningful people initiatives as the business scales. This role is perfect for someone who wants true development, exposure, and the chance to stretch into a Business Partner–level remit over time. With the organisation scaling rapidly and evolving its systems, you will also support the transition from SuccessFactors to a new HRIS. Key Responsibilities Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and offboarding Partner with leaders to provide practical HR advice across a busy blue- and white-collar workforce Assist with ER matters, documentation and process improvements Coordinate L&D and engagement activities to help shape culture as the organisation grows Maintain and optimise HRIS processes, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors Contribute to HR projects as the business continues to expand locally and internationally About You HR Advisor ready for the next step and hungry for development Experience working in construction, property or infrastructure environments Confident navigating SuccessFactors (mandatory) and comfortable learning new systems Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly and work with diverse stakeholders Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to roll up your sleeves Thrives in a growing, evolving environment with lots of opportunity to learn and take on more Ability to work onsite full time in Sydney CBD If you are a capable, energetic HR professional who enjoys building, solving, and driving meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
