The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Hire Administrator to join our team on a maternity leave contract. This role is 30 hours per week, making it an excellent option for those needing a work schedule that fits school drop‑off and pick‑up times. This part‑time position operates on weekdays only. Following the completion of the contract, there is potential for a job‑share arrangement, providing ongoing flexibility and continuity. In this hands‑on position, you will support the daily operations of our Hire department, ensuring efficient coordination of equipment rentals, logistics, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle general hire enquiries promptly and professionally Manage customer interactions via phone and online channels Process purchase orders, invoices, and hire agreements Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules for hire equipment Maintain accurate product and inventory information Provide administrative support to the Operations and Sales Managers Assist in onboarding and training new team members Skills, Experience & Qualifications Previous administration experience, ideally in hire, logistics, or equipment environments Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience required Strong computer skills and confidence using MS Office; experience with Syrinx is advantageous Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication abilities A collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong team and customer relationships Current Driver's Licence Australian work rights required for this position What We Offer A supportive, friendly, and collaborative team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Employee discounts across a wide range of RSEA products Opportunities to grow within a dynamic and innovative business How to Apply If this role sounds like the ideal next step in your career, please apply with your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability.
