As a Facilities Officer, you’ll deliver a wide range of maintenance and service activities across internal and external spaces, ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming. Responsibilities Assist with furniture relocations, office setups, and event preparations. Support general facilities requests as directed by management. Apply technical skills and problem‑solving to keep campus running smoothly and efficiently. About the Person Successful candidate will hold a recognised trade qualification and bring at least four years of relevant maintenance or mixed‑trades experience. Key attributes: Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and deliver quality outcomes. Strong attention to detail when inspecting work areas, materials, and products for compliance with standards. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and commitment to safety and quality practices. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Experience in an education or similar environment highly regarded. Salary Commences at $77,747.23 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
