Base pay range A$220,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr Contracts Manager | Renewable Energy Projects | Sydney We’re working with a fast-growing renewables player gearing up for a big build phase. They have multiple solar and battery projects kicking off construction later this year, and they need a Contracts Manager who can own the commercial side of delivery. You’ll be embedded in the leadership team and play a key role in getting this pipeline delivered on time and without surprises. Why this role stands out: Developer‑side role where you set the tone on contract. Work with EPCs, BoPs, OEMs and more Pipeline’s funded, sites are ready, projects are moving It’s a locally run team backed by serious global capability Who is this for? Someone who’s managed contracts for large‑scale renewables projects (solar, BESS, wind), ideally from the developer side. You know how to spot risk before it lands, handle disputes without escalation, and keep all parties on track through delivery. If you’ve worked on other major infrastructure projects adjacent to renewables, that can work too. You’ll need to bring: Sharp EPC negotiation skills and solid commercial judgment A calm head when variations, claims, or delays pop up Confidence in working across project, legal, finance, and exec teams Why this role actually matters Projects are real and moving. No sitting around waiting for approvals or finance. The pipeline is active, sites are ready, and construction is kicking off soon. You’ll own the contracts function. Working directly with the Head of Delivery, you’ll lead negotiations across EPC, BoP and OEMs, manage risk, and keep the commercial side of delivery tight from start to finish.
