Through recent growth they need to increase their sales staff and are seeking a fully experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join their team. The dealership trades 7 days, however a 10 day fortnight roster applies, with two weekend days off per month. The dealership offers an excellent income stream and a friendly working atmosphere. Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience gained as a New Car Sales Consultant in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong sales, closing, organisational and people-handling skills, be seeking a long term position and have the drive and energy to maximize every opportunity. Salary will consist of a retainer of $53,440, Sunday load, super, commission ranging from $4,500 to $6,500 per month, and your choice of a car or car allowance.
