Senior HR Advisor – Team Lead Join Bell Bay Aluminium as a Senior HR Advisor – Team Lead, responsible for supporting leaders and employees across the Aluminium Operations site in Bell Bay. Role Participating or leading multiple cross‑functional initiatives, providing HR subject matter expert and delivering project leadership. Imparting knowledge and experience to the team on key areas such as employee relations, building leader capability, best practice HR systems and processes, facilitating organisational change and steering HR projects. Providing guidance to the wider team and reporting to senior leadership on complex people matters. Balancing busy workloads and complex stakeholder relationships, demonstrating leadership through effective engagement at all business levels. Supporting the implementation of the Workday platform and assisting site‑based leaders with platform integration. Partnering with HR Business Partners to identify and prioritise people priorities that support business strategy and HR operational delivery. Proven record as an influencer, able to build strong relationships and make a true impact on outcomes. Capacity and versatility to operate in a large organisation and deliver business objectives remotely across a diverse workforce. Astute, well‑rounded leader with proven techniques for delivering robust HR solutions that alleviate pain points for leaders. Strategic and commercial thinking, creative solutions, and consideration of organisation‑wide impacts. Strong generalist HR and Employee Relations experience with extensive case management history.
