Your new role We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduate trainees to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various domains including software development, quality assurance, business analysis, and more. Ideal candidates are recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive and innovative environment. Job Responsibilities Software Development: Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications using languages such as Java or .NET. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions. Quality Assurance (QA): Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases. Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools. Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality software releases. Business Analysis (BA): Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements. Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decisions. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 0 to 6 months of relevant experience (internships or academic projects are acceptable). Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, .NET, etc.) and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Understanding of QA methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
