Project Manager – Remedial Construction A well-established, Tier 3 construction and remedial contractor is experiencing strong growth across Sydney. The business specialises in remedial works, concrete repair, waterproofing, façade upgrades, and refurbishment across Class 2 buildings, aged care, residential, commercial, and asset‑protection projects. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a complex remedial rooftop project within a live operational environment. Interpret and implement remedial design documentation, working closely with engineers and consultants. Oversee planning, sequencing, demolition, reconstruction, waterproofing, and reinstatement works. Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement, and financial reporting. Drive project scheduling, resource planning, and overall program performance. Coordinate and support the site team, including the Site Supervisor and Site Manager. Maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, consultants, and subcontractors. Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory frameworks. Identify risks, troubleshoot site issues, and put proactive controls in place. Provide regular project reporting to management, including progress, cost, and risk updates. About You / Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (remedial experience ideal but not essential). Strong technical understanding of building systems, remedial solutions, waterproofing, and structural works. Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and translate them into practical delivery. Excellent planning, organisational, and sequencing capability. Strong people skills with the ability to influence, lead, and manage stakeholders. Solid financial acumen for budgeting and cost control. Safety‑driven mindset, with experience managing live environments. Confident communicator with strong written reporting skills. Full driver’s license; ability to start early January preferred. What’s On Offer Salary around $150k-$160k + Super + Vehicle (with potential review after first few months).
