As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will be pivotal in developing our children’s lifelong love of learning working closely with children with additional needs making a real difference in young learner's lives Responsibilities Support a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery. Individual work on those children that need additional support - make a tangible difference Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families Support the centre to Meet / Exceed the National Quality Standards About you Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent- Desirable Have a current Working with Children’s Check- Required A passion to develop our little learners- ABOVE ALL ELSE Why work for Affinity If you’re looking for a values-led organization with incredible people making a genuine difference.
