Volunteers needed to brighten the day of an older person Visiting with an older person to share stories old and new, maybe go for a walk, play a game of cards or just enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Visits are either in the older person’s home or in an aged care residential home. Visits are flexible and times are set between you and the older person. Category : Seniors & Aged Care Commitment : Regular – more than 6 months Type of Work : Companionship & Social Support, Seniors & Aged Care, Writing & Editing Time Required : 1 visit per fortnight (minimum) Training : Volunteering induction and training will be provided as part of the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
