Join to apply for the Digital Manager role at INSKIN COSMEDICS Summary The Digital Manager is a key leadership role responsible for leading INSKIN COSMEDICS Group's entire digital offering. This is a new position and a key role in the group's digital transformation and replatforming project. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance stakeholder needs and drive cross‑functional collaboration. The Digital Manager will combine leadership with hands‑on execution across eCommerce/online trade, digital marketing, digital design (UX/UI), customer experience, content strategy, onsite content management, site optimisation, and education to achieve significant online growth, including expansion into overseas markets. Responsibilities Team Leadership and Management Provide strong leadership, upskilling and mentorship to direct reports Oversee resource allocation and project management within the digital team to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery Digital Strategy and Execution Define and execute the overarching digital strategy to drive traffic, customer acquisition, conversion, engagement and lifetime value Develop and lead the end‑to‑end customer experience across all digital touchpoints from awareness to purchase to advocacy and return, focusing on creating a premium, differentiated and educational experience, collaborating with key teams and stakeholders Oversee the UX/UI digital design across all touchpoints to ensure best‑in‑class CX eCommerce Trading and Performance Oversee all aspects of day‑to‑day trading for the multi‑brand B2C websites to drive online revenue growth Manage site merchandising, product uploads, content updates, navigation, search management and promotions Prepare and manage eCommerce budgets, sales forecasts and P&L delivery to achieve commercial targets Monitor, analyse and report on key eCommerce KPIs and performance data (e.g., conversion rate, AOV, LTV, revenue) using Google Analytics, translating data into actionable insights for continuous optimisation Platform and Project Management Support the platform re‑platforming projects (Magento/Adobe Commerce to Shopify), taking the lead on the content loading and testing phases Oversee the continuous improvement and content updates for all web platforms Manage the relationship and backlog with the website development agency for bug fixes, small enhancements and ongoing site optimisation Develop, create and manage comprehensive test plans (e.g., UAT, A/B testing) for new features, content and platform updates to ensure incremental and enhanced commercial performance and customer experience Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of all necessary Shopify apps and integrated platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Gorgias) Cross‑Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to gather requirements, collate feedback and drive consensus on digital projects Execute the website deliverables of the marketing plan and strategies in collaboration with the Marketing and Branding team Work closely with Customer Service and Fulfilment teams on customer contacts and order volume projections to assist with appropriate resourcing to maintain agreed KPIs and SLAs Selection Criteria Experience And Technical Skills A minimum of 3‑5 years in a digital/eCommerce role, overseeing multiple functions such as digital marketing and design (even if managing agencies) Prior experience with beauty/skincare/wellness/premium online brands will be well regarded Demonstrated people‑management and leadership skills, with prior experience leading and mentoring a small team Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in P&L ownership and sales delivery Demonstrated experience owning Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) growth, site optimisation and digital revenue, ideally for a multi‑brand portfolio Proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, and familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify/Magento/Adobe Commerce) plus Klaviyo (for email/SMS/CRM) and Gorgias (or similar customer service tools) Working knowledge of digital design principles (UX/UI), sufficient to manage designers and evaluate creative output, although hands‑on design ability is not required Working knowledge and understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics (SEO, SEM, Email), with ability to manage agencies and coach direct reports Experience with content strategy, specifically focusing on developing and integrating valuable educational content into customer experiences Experience managing international eCommerce operations and selling into overseas markets will be highly regarded Hands‑on experience with Shopify is essential Working knowledge of Adobe Commerce/Magento is highly desirable Soft Skills Strong ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate cross‑functional workshops to achieve project goals Excellent communication, planning, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while thriving in a fast‑paced environment A high‑level analytical thinker who can translate commercial and performance data into actionable strategic insights, including proficiency with Google Analytics Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and a confident negotiator and relationship builder with senior stakeholders and external agencies A self‑starter with a proactive approach and a strong desire to champion best‑practice digital commerce internally Enthusiasm, passion and a proactive approach to tackling design challenges Ability to accept and implement feedback effectively A deep interest in beauty, skincare and cultural trends, along with a
