Access Express Perth is currently searching for an experienced and talented Sales Manager to lead our sales team on a full time, permanent basis at our Canning Vale branch Reporting to the General Manager - Director. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to get out on the road and interact with existing and potential customers and act as a mentor to inspire, train, and motivate the sales team to meet overall sales and KPIs. This is a hands on role based out of out Canning Vale branch working Monday to Friday 7am -5pm Other duties and responsibilities include: Leading and managing the Sales team in accordance with the Company's vision and values, assisting in the ongoing development of your direct reports. Establish strong working relationships with key sales customers, working in conjunction with internal stakeholders. Proactively develop relationships with new customers and work to maximise market share within your allocated region. Developing and monitoring high-level, sophisticated performance metrics. Working towards meeting and exceeding agreed targets on a monthly and annual basis. Preparing reports and presentations on sales revenue. The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication, and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have: A motivated and 'hands-on' individual with a minimum of 3 years of Sales Management experience in a similar position, preferably within the rental or capital equipment sales business. Undergraduate and, or postgraduate qualifications in business management or any affiliated course would be advantageous. A successful track record for achieving results through influence. Strong leadership skills combined with sound emotional intelligence. Ability to mentor, lead and inspire your team to achieve and exceed expectations. The proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to persuade, negotiate, and resolve conflict. Resilience and the determination to achieve required results. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer software, including CRM and video conferencing software. The ability to prepare reports, presentations, and supporting information. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work. Current and valid WA Driver's license.
