Join to apply for the Macro Space Planner role at MECCA Brands The Macro Space Planner role at MECCA is critical in shaping how customers discover the world’s most loved beauty brands in our unique and distinctive store formats. This role balances design and data, translating brand strategy, customer insights and business objectives into considered floorplans that delight customers, support our teams and deliver commercial outcomes. Every store is thoughtfully and carefully brought to life in a way that reflects the very best of MECCA. The Role you Could Play From concept through to delivery, the Macro Space Planner supports the full store-layout lifecycle. Using in-house space planning software, they design and maintain floorplans that optimise flow, maximise brand visibility and uphold brand standards. A key part of the role is active participation in cross-functional forums to safeguard business and category priorities. Success is defined by floorplans that elevate the customer experience while achieving commercial objectives, clear communication of plans and outcomes to stakeholders and leaders, and insightful analysis of performance and customer feedback that drives continuous improvement.
