About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking an experienced Claims Team Leader to join our dynamic team based at our Burswood office. This integral role will see you manage a high performing team that are responsible for the support for our Housing contract. You will play a crucial role in this team by implementing strategies to ensure the smooth, efficient processing and auditing of claims and supporting queries from stakeholders. This exciting opportunity to join our high-performing team will see you delivering exceptional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively identifying and implementing strategies to successfully process large volumes of claims
  • Auditing work orders
  • Ensuring our contractual obligations with the client are met
  • Supporting the team and managing escalations

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar leadership role, unwavering motivation for delivery, and a natural aptitude for first-class stakeholder engagement.

Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • High level organisation and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Suite competencies
  • Cert 3 in Business Administration (or similar), desired but not required
