The opportunities to join our vast team are endless as our company continues to expand; we are always seeking new and motivated individuals to join our team About the Role We’re looking for an energetic Service Advisor to join our busy Automotive Service Department based in Kirrawee. We are seeking a high performer who will be the face of our newly renovated Kirrawee Service Centre dealing directly with our customers who are servicing their vehicles. This role is Monday to Friday – 7.30 am to 5.30 pm. As we are a multi‑franchise service centre, our employees have options to gain exposure to numerous brands. What will a day look like? Open from 7:30 am you will meet and greet customers as part of our “Driveway service” in a casual setting (no suits and tie here). You will confirm booking details, providing general advice and support in identifying what repairs/maintenance needs to be done. Liaise between workshop and customer for any repairs, sales or warranty operations required. Cost/invoice paperwork for each customer. Overall: establish and develop effective customer relationships. About You Previous or current experience as an Automotive Service Advisor – highly regarded. Proven experience meeting and/or over achieving Customer Satisfaction Targets. ERA/ERA Net Experience – highly regarded. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. You will thrive in a busy, high‑volume environment. You will have sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems. You will have a can‑do approach where no task is too hard. You have the ability to build rapport with our valued customers. Current NSW Driver’s License. Ability to work Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.30 pm. Why Tynan?
