The Opportunity ANMAC is seeking a strategic, future-focused Chief Executive Officer to lead theorganisation through its next phase of growth and sector influence. This is a criticalleadership role for someone who can anticipate sector trends, drive innovation, andbuild trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder landscape. Key Responsibilities Champion and deliver ANMAC’s long-term strategy, ensuring alignment withsector transformation, regulatory changes, and emerging workforce needs. Strengthen governance and organisational capability to support future growth. Represent ANMAC at the highest levels, building trust and influence withgovernment, regulators, education providers, members, and sector partners. Foster a high-performing executive team and a positive, future-readyorganisational culture. Key Selection Criteria Visionary, future-focused executive leadership, board reporting experience, incomplex, regulated environments. Proven ability to drive transformation and deliver strategic change. Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to adapt toa wide range of external partners. Strong commercial acumen, governance, and compliance experience. General health sector background is desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
