From art classes and gardening clubs to day trips and movie nights, you’ll make sure there’s something for everyone. Social butterfly extraordinaire: Whether it’s a lively game of bingo or a quiet chat over afternoon tea, you’ll be the friendly face who connects residents and fosters a sense of belonging. More than just activities: You’ll be a supportive companion, assisting with daily living like mealtimes and outings, and offering emotional support to those with cognitive impairment or mental health needs. Resident champion: Your voice matters You’ll gather feedback through surveys and family conferences to ensure activities truly hit the mark. Team player: You’ll collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan activities, document progress, and elevate any concerns. Hygiene hero: Keeping things clean and safe is essential. You’ll follow infection control protocols and maintain a tidy environment. Catering crewmate: You’ll lend a hand with plating and serving meals, adhering to food safety standards and monitoring resident preferences. What we’re looking for: First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Your passion for enriching lives is the most important qualification Can‑do spirit : You’re flexible, adaptable, and always up for a challenge.
