The Role Work in an iconic venue in Carlton Career growth and development Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner Create high volume coffees to a consistently high quality Ideally experience in latte art Student and Working Holiday Visa holders welcome to apply Requirements Minimum 1-2 years in similar role, coming from well-established and fast-paced venues Passion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience Proactive and perform well in a fast-paced environment Hold a valid VIC RSA (competency card) & Working With Children Check ABOUT US The Fresh Collective is a Sydney and Melbourne based hospitality group, delivering exceptional experiences and premium food and beverage in venues and events.
