About the Role: You’ll be a key support for our sales team — responsible for accurately processing orders, managing customer enquiries and reports. You’ll also coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service. This role is full time office based in Pyrmont, NSW, with accessible public transport options (parking not provided). What You’ll Do: Accurately key and process customer sales orders using ERP systems (experience in SAP desirable). Provide timely quotations, product information, and pricing support Liaise with sales, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment Maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders What We’re Looking For: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to help preparing tenders Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or collaboratively Why Join Us?
