Account Manager - Façade Join to apply for the Account Manager - Façade role at Hilti Group. Shape the future of facade design with Hilti. Drive client success through innovative solutions and trusted partnerships. The role will involve direct customer contact with the existing customer base and a proactive role in identifying new customers. This role focuses on the QLD Façade industry, with a goal of making our customers more productive, safe and sustainable. Responsibilities include growing sales by developing customers, introducing new products and services, and implementing sales strategies with our Façade customers in QLD. What You'll do Build relationships – on the field, meeting with customers on a daily basis to capture the perfect business opportunity and create value in account(s) through long‑term, profitable relationships. Time and Territory Management (TTM) – create a daily schedule (including presence on job sites and client offices) to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory. Be a Hilti Champion – carry technical knowledge to present high‑level customer consultations in your defined territory and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace. Track progress – utilize Salesforce to record all interactions; reporting is a key part of this role. What You’ll Bring Experience working within the Construction and Façade industry is advantageous. Tertiary qualification in engineering or architecture is highly desirable. Previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative or a customer‑facing role. Solution selling and customer‑centric approach. A valid Australian drivers licence. Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is desirable. Motivated and capable of working independently, managing your own call cycle. Strong discipline, with the ability to manage accounts remotely and build relationships. Proven negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skills. What’s In It for You A competitive salary base and uncapped bonus.
