The Group People & Culture Coordinator is a key support role within a2 Milk’s global P&C team, responsible for delivering seamless employee lifecycle experiences, managing HR systems (Oracle, Compass & Protecht) and supporting core people initiatives. This role acts as a central point of contact for onboarding, HR documentation, compliance, benefits, and data reporting, playing an integral part in enhancing the employee experience across ANZ. Due to our ongoing growth and success, we are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our global P&C team in Sydney. Reporting to the Group Head of Performance and Reward, you will get involved in a broad range of people and culture functions to support the fast-paced growth of our ANZ operations. You will be the glue between the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Leaders and new team members to ensure a seamless employee experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in: Managing onboarding, offboarding, and preparing people and culture documentation and contracts, including being the key P&C point of contact for new hires from offer through to day one. Acting as a super-user for our HRIS (Oracle HCM and our Health & Safety system (Protecht)), completing all people-related transactions in the system Being the first point of contact for P&C queries, providing support across areas such as policies, benefits and P&C processes (escalating complex matters) Supporting benefits administration and internal reward & recognition programs (e.g., drafting communications to promote benefits, supporting benefits campaigns/events) Coordinating data, reporting, and compliance training across ANZ Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and insight More You; You will have 2+ years in a People & Culture/ HR Administration or Coordinator role (with experience working with Australian &/or New Zealand employment legislation (e.g., the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards etc) Experience working in a fast-paced team where prioritising tasks, clear communication and attention to detail is key Recent working knowledge of a Tier 1 HRIS (ideally Oracle) A passion for people, process, and precision – and an eye for the little things that matter Ability to work autonomously and collaborate confidently with all levels of the business A mindset driven by curiosity, learning, and delivering better every day Apply now to be part of a team where our People and Culture is at the heart of our growing global FMCG company and build a successful career with us The a2 Milk Company Australia is a certified Family Inclusive Workplace, dedicated to enhancing our team members' work-life wellbeing through leading policies and practices on flexible work, parental leave, family care, and family wellbeing.
