Business Office Director‑ AP / AR Payroll required at Ivy Park in Rockville is a premier senior living community situated on a beautifully landscaped campus. Perform, administer, and oversee all accounting functions. Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments. Qualifications College coursework or other education in business administration and/or management preferred. Prefer one (1) year of experience supervising and managing employees. Prefer two (2) years of experience in accounting, human resources, and payroll. Preferably in the healthcare industry. Ability to effectively train staff. Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary. Proficiency with a personal computer and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.). Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests. Accept and comply with Oakmont’s health and safety requirements, including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and wearing PPE to prevent the spread of COVID‑19 or other communicable diseases. Pay range – $ per hour. OMG serves thousands of seniors across communities in California, Nevada, and Hawaii.
