Your Opportunity As our valued Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in partnering with the Consumer division to support them in delivering sustainable commercial outcomes across all brands within the TPGT business with respect to customer growth and strategically aligning the portfolio of brands and products. The role is responsible for business casing & decision support, performance reporting and budgeting & forecasting in this area. The role requires strong analytical, partnering and commercial management skills. You’ll Make Impact By Delivery of results to Finance and the consumer commercial operations division through effective, timely and accurate reporting and communication Working closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand their perspectives, objectives and needs, adding value to the engagement through pro‑active proposals and recommendations Driving proactive improvements in managing our cost base and cash flow by improving the profitability of our products and strategising how best to leverage the portfolio of products and brands to maximise return Developing Offer ROI reporting and driving governance processes on offers consistent across Vodafone and TPG branded products Creating and driving report automation and performance dashboards to focus on key metrics and identifying risks and opportunities early Interrogating the financials to identify legacy activities and methods that may require re‑review, re‑approval and re‑shaping Partnering with Business Intelligence to deliver new reports and data sets for analysing, as well as improve and optimise existing data Undertaking analysis, producing and communicating data‑driven insights on matters relevant to the Sales and Marketing teams Preparing and supporting the development of commercial business cases Effective stakeholder influence and management What You’ll Bring Commercial/finance experience CA or CPA qualifications highly regarded Analytical skills for detailed insight analysis Curiosity to pursue investigations to conclusion and be able to make recommendations based on the outcomes of those investigations Strong relationship skills to run cross‑functional programs Customer focus with commercial sense Excellent communication skills High level numeracy, with advanced Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills Preferred planning and systems knowledge & skills (SQL, Jedox, Oracle Financials, Qlik and PowerBI) Proactive approach to issue resolution Ability to work independently and self‑review but can fit into a team environment Deadline focused Ability to manage and prioritise multiple deliverables and stakeholders What’s in it for you Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office) ‘Stay Connected Mobile’ – Access to a free mobile plan ‘Stay Connected NBN’ – Access to a free NBN 100 plan ‘Your Leave’ – an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like – every year Access to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities Access to Corporate Partner Discounts Come join us and build a better future.
