General Manager, Shared Services Iconic dairy brands, exciting dairy future Step into a critical leadership role as General Manager, Shared Services, where you’ll shape the future of finance operations during a transformative period for the business. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll oversee the shared services function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other transactional processes. Your focus will be on process standardisation, automation, and building a high performing team that delivers exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the shared services strategy to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality. Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of finance operations, including AP, AR, and master data management. Drive process harmonisation and automation using ERP systems and digital tools. Establish and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high performance and cost-effectiveness. Build and lead a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. About You You are a dynamic and strategic leader who thrives in fast‑paced, complex environments. With deep expertise in finance operations and a passion for transformation, you know how to balance operational excellence with innovation. You’re confident in influencing senior stakeholders and leading teams through change. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Extensive experience managing large‑scale shared services functions, ideally in consumer or FMCG environments. Proven track record in process optimisation, automation, and digital transformation. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience driving change. Expertise in ERP systems, workflow automation tools, and compliance frameworks. Location & Working Style Based in our Richmond office, Victoria.
