Located directly in the Sydney CBD this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high‑performing shared services division spanning across accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury. The focus is on building capability, strengthening controls, enabling digital tools, and embedding best‑practice processes and governance to improve overall business improvement. Key Responsibilities Build and establish the Shared Services function, creating a high‑performing team Drive process improvement and financial system optimisation Champion automation and AI adoption to increase efficiency and quality Oversee delivery across the different SS functions (AP, AR & Treasury) Lead organisational change and stakeholder engagement Ensure strong financial governance, controls and compliance About You You are a strategic and hands‑on leader with a track record of delivering transformation and operational excellence in complex shared services environments. What You Bring 10+ years’ experience in shared services leadership Strong capability in process redesign and stakeholder engagement Deep ERP/finance systems experience Proven ability to build and develop high‑performing teams Strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen and sound decision‑making Experience in FMCG is an advantage Degree in Finance/Commerce (CA/CPA preferred) What’s on Offer Opportunity to build and lead an end‑to‑end shared services function Autonomy and influence to drive meaningful change A collaborative, forward‑thinking environment focused on improvement and results For more information, please contact Niall Hoolahan at #J-18808-Ljbffr
