PeopleSoft Consultant - T&L, Absence and Global Payroll Join to apply for the PeopleSoft Consultant - T&L, Absence and Global Payroll role at DXC Technology DXC Technology (NYSE : DXC) – where brilliant people embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success. People are the heart of our business. We are currently looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to support a high-profile customer engagement. You will play a key role in enhancing and supporting PeopleSoft Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Global Payroll modules across complex enterprise environments. To be successful, candidates MUST hold a currently NV1 clearance. Key Responsibilities Lead functional analysis, configuration, and optimisation of PeopleSoft T&L, Absence and Global Payroll. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Support end-to-end system enhancements, testing cycles, and issue resolution. Provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and recommendations for process improvement. Prepare functional documentation, configurations, test scripts, and training materials as needed. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years' experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant. Proven hands‑on expertise in Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Global Payroll (ANZ experience highly valued). Strong understanding of payroll processing, rules, formulas, GP pinpoints, and configuration frameworks. Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑paced, enterprise project environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and business teams.
