Learning Curator This position is a 6‑month, fixed‑term contract, 22.5 hours per week. Location is flexible subject to you being located near one of our offices. As the Learning Curator, you are responsible for designing, curating or procuring, developing, maintaining, and assuring content across a range of subject areas, specifically within the Foundation and CPA Program education products. Responsibilities Design, develop, and adapt engaging learning resources and assessment support materials that align with curriculum requirements and candidate needs. Facilitate the involvement of internal and external subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and technical integrity. Apply best practice instructional design principles and technical expertise to produce multiple format learning assets, including pre‑recorded video content and practice assessments. Review and quality assure learning and assessment content against defined acceptance criteria, ensuring consistency, clarity, and technical correctness. Implement technical corrections to study guides and other learning materials with autonomy, following established workflows and standards. Maintain a responsive and professional approach to resolve content‑related issues and ensure a consistent and high‑quality learner experience. Monitor candidate feedback and reported issues to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in content quality. Plan and manage multiple content development and assurance projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to align project milestones and resource needs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to delivery. Utilise digital tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Learning Management Systems, Exam Management Systems) to support efficient workflow and collaboration. About You You will come to us as a qualified accountant, with experience as a practitioner in accounting, taxation and/or finance being highly regarded. Experience in an education environment will see you excel in this role. You will have the ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and deliver high attention to detail in your work.
