ALi's dispatch and delivery operations across our national and international network. As Dispatch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our logistics excellence, leading everything from Greater Melbourne deliveries to international shipments and managing our interstate Distribution Center. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll have genuine autonomy to shape how we move premium coffee products across the country and beyond. Key Tasks Manage end‑to‑end packing, picking and dispatch operations for national and international orders across B2B, B2C, HORECA, grocery and beyond ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional DIFOT performance Oversee the internal fleet within Greater Melbourne and the interstate Distribution Center, ensuring alignment with company standards and performance targets for deliveries. Maintain exceptional inventory accuracy through rigorous stock control processes, regular cycle counts, and full stocktake management across all locations Utilize NetSuite ERP system, freight‑booking services, and route‑planning software to maximize delivery efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and operational accuracy Recruit, train, and develop dispatch and delivery team members across multiple sites, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement Monitor daily packing, dispatch, and delivery performance across all sites, identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions with urgency Balance competing priorities across multiple locations and channels, making decisive, data‑driven decisions to optimize workflow and prevent bottlenecks Partner with sales, customer service, production, supply chain, and marketing teams to meet customer commitments and support business promotions Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the dispatch network Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards across all sites, maintaining safe working environments and actively educating the team on safety practices Key Role Requirements & Experience Proven management experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations with a strong track record of achieving DIFOT performance targets. Previous FMCG experience is highly regarded. Excellent leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to coach and develop high‑performing teams and demonstrated experiance leading large teams. Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices Experience managing eCommerce fulfillment operations, particularly during peak periods when order volumes surge and operational agility is critical Experience with NetSuite or other warehouse management systems is required Advanced workflow planning and resource management abilities in fast‑paced, multi‑channel environments Proficiency with logistics software (freight booking, route planning) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency Australian work rights are required for this position #J-18808-Ljbffr
