Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning through to completion. Oversee project programming, compliance, and safety requirements. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Mentor and support staff, ensuring a focus on safety, performance, and team development. Our Ideal Candidate: Proven experience managing subdivision or similar civil infrastructure projects. Civil Engineering degree highly regarded, but not essential. Strong leadership and people management skills. Solid understanding of project financials and commercial management. Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management abilities. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous team improvement.
