Senior Governance Officer, Queensland Health Are you looking for a new adventure? Come join Corporate Services Division as a Senior Governance Officer where you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise risk management, embedding industry good practice into decision-making and supporting processes. Your key responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise risk management policy, standards, procedures, and guidelines incorporating industry good practice, tailored to the Department's operating environment. Provide governance, risk and compliance (GRC) management advice and guidance for digital and ICT functions. Contribute to, lead and assist with content development in preparing presentations, briefings, and reports. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: Demonstrated experience in enabling and supporting effective corporate governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities in digital and ICT environments. Knowledge of IT governance, risk and compliance frameworks and standards e.g. COBIT, Queensland Government Enterprise Architecture (QGEA), ISO 38500, ISO 27001, ISO 31000. Strong collaborative, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills to inform and influence high-quality outcomes. Why work with us?
