The Role An exciting newly created opportunity has arisen to join Showpo at a critical time as our Head of Data & Analytics This role will see you own and lead our Data & Analytics function working closely with our General Manager and wider Leadership team to have extraordinary impact on on operations and ultimately our customers Ensuring the organisation leverages data effectively across product marketing merchandising and operations this role combines technical expertise strategic vision and leadership with an innate skill for collaboration and guiding teams to optimise the use of data in their day to day roles. Sound interesting Read on Day to day you will: Develop and execute the company-wide data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership and executive team providing actionable insights and recommendations. Drive a data-driven culture across the organisation ensuring decisions are evidence-based. Lead the development of actionable business insights across merchandising marketing customer experience and operations. Identify trends opportunities and risks using predictive analytics modelling and performance measurement. Partner with teams to design dashboards KPIs and reporting frameworks that drive performance.
