Senior In-House Conveyancing Manager/Specialist

Overview A well-regarded and established Property Development and Investment Business with offices in the Hornsby Shire has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join their friendly and welcoming team. Responsibilities Lead and manage property transactions across multiple Australian states (excluding QLD & ACT), ensuring smooth and timely settlements. Oversee and refine conveyancing workflows to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant legislation. Leverage PEXA to coordinate and execute electronic settlements across jurisdictions. Support compliance initiatives by contributing to the development and continuous improvement of internal policies and procedures. Provide mentorship to junior conveyancers and collaborate effectively with solicitors and other stakeholders. About You 5–7 years of conveyancing experience, with a strong understanding of national property transactions. Proficiency in PEXA and electronic conveyancing platforms. Ability to handle a high volume of conveyancing matters Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent attention to detail Confidence in managing compliance and regulatory responsibilities.
