Your expertise in client relationship management and your passion for delivering outstanding service will enable you to not only provide exceptional support to our clients but also play a pivotal role in shaping our success and delivering lasting value. You'll proactively support clients by maintaining regular contact and tailored communication; and, turning them into loyal advocates who drive repeat business and referrals. You'll step in once the loan is submitted and manage the journey through to settlement, acting as the key contact for the client and liaising with banks and loan processors. Your Responsibilities : Act as the main point of contact for clients from loan submission to settlement. Maintain regular communication and provide personalised support to clients. Develop and implement client success plans and conduct regular check-ins. Facilitate client onboarding and provide training on products / services. Update client account information in CRM and ensure compliance with documentation. Serve as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers. Analyse data to track client success and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the delivery team on client goals and expectations. Contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty, which supports organic referrals and repeat business. Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience in mortgage broking, such as loan processing, broker support, or client-facing roles (Required). Excellent written and verbal communication, including active listening and conflict resolution. Strong time management, organisation, and stakeholder coordination skills. Tech-savvy with tools like Salestrekker, Google Workspace, Slack, and CRMs. Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to client engagement. Exposure to compliance processes in lending or financial services. Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting or using analytics. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally.
