This role is on site. What will you be doing Address employee grievances, manage conflict resolution, and conduct investigations Facilitating performance management processes Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop data‑driven HR programs and propose solutions. Drive the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations Provide hands‑on input on people‑related issues Build strong relationships with line management. Coaching managers on effective leadership practices Conduct day‑to‑day performance management guidance for line manage Be up‑to‑date on employment laws and regulations, to help ensure compliance Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies. What you will bring Business acumen Understanding of data interpretation, collection and creation Market understanding Experience using HR technology Knowledge and experience in the industrial relations area Action orientation Problem solving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role.
