The agency is an independent creative agency making ideas that live within advertising, entertainment, and design. Part ad agency, part production company, part content distributor, our client is deliberately (un)structured so it can respond to clients’ needs, rather than default to ‘traditional comms’ as the answer. Day to day you’ll get to:Run your own projects independently and support the Business Director across all areas of client management – strategy, creative, production, distribution.Input into strategy and creative - this agency cares about what they put out into the worldDevelop strong client relationships and an understanding of their business and sectorBe across all the detail on your accounts, and ‘go to’ person for knowledge on your clients’ businessLiaise with media agencies and other agency suppliers to deliver campaigns and assets on time and on budgetWork on the agency's marketing plan - this role is part in house marketingTo be shortlisted you’ll need:To be a pro-active, dynamic and client focussed Senior Account ManagerA minimum of 3-4 years experience working within an integrated creative agency environmentYou'll be able to run your own projects autonomously with high level support from management.An understanding and interest for the creative development process.Can-do attitude, passion, eager to learn and continually develop.Ability to communicate thoughtfully, clearly and succinctly.Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.Great attention to detail and collaborative working styleUp to $110k inc salary pending exp.This is a very special agency, with an enviable client list, extraordinary location and internal mentors for a SAM or Junior Account Director to work with.This is an opportunity not to be missed - APPLY NOW.
