Join a Leading Builder in the Granny Flat Sector Granny Flats WA is one of Western Australia’s most respected and innovative residential builders, specialising in custom-designed granny flats, small homes, and ancillary dwellings. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, excellent client service, and efficient project delivery. We’re currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Residential Construction Scheduler to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction schedules to ensure our projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. Your Role As our full-time Project Manager, you’ll work closely with our Operation Manager, Construction Manager, Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate all aspects of our residential builds from initial planning through to completion. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to) Develop, manage, and optimise detailed construction schedules across multiple residential projects Use Microsoft Project, Procore, and related tools to monitor progress, allocate resources, and adjust timelines Coordinate with Construction Managers, Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track Track milestones, identify risks, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts Provide clear reporting and updates to management and stakeholders Maintain compliance with inspections, approvals, and building standards What You Bring 2–3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in residential building Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, and scheduling systems Strong understanding of residential construction processes, timelines, and compliance Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential building 2 - 3 years in a similar role Strong knowledge of scheduling software (e.g. MS Project, Procore) Excellent coordination and time management skills Great communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Understanding of residential construction timelines, processes, and compliance requirements Why Join Granny Flats WA?
