Senior Occupational Therapists – Join our Community Adult Mental Health’s Occupational Therapy teams at Stirling and Wanneroo Community Adult Mental Health Services. What do our Senior Occupational Therapists do? Function as a case manager undertaking clinical assessment of an allocated case load of consumers with a mental illness. Provide advanced occupational therapy services to consumers of the Community Mental Health Service. Positions Available 1 x Permanent Full‑Time position at Stirling Community Adult Mental Health Service, based at Mirrabooka. Provide advanced clinical and recovery‑focused care in a Clinical Treatment Team. The Mirrabooka Clinic serves consumers and carers from diverse multicultural backgrounds, with co‑occurring conditions and a range of accommodation and service provider engagement. 1 x Fixed Term Part‑Time (45.6 hours per fortnight) parental leave cover until 20 July 2026, based at Wanneroo. Potential for extension and/or permanency. Work in the Assessment and Treatment Team (ATT) at Wanneroo Clinic, providing short‑term acute and sub‑acute clinical case management and recovery‑focused care within a dynamic multidisciplinary team. 1 x Fixed Term Part‑Time (30.4 hours per fortnight) until 8 September 2026, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency in the Wanneroo Active Recovery Team (ART). Provide short‑term clinical case management within a psychosocial recovery model in an innovative colocation partnership with a Non‑Government Organisation (NGO), Luma. Eligibility to Apply Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for permanent positions. For fixed‑term positions you must have evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract. A short cover letter demonstrating how you would provide advanced occupational therapy practice in a community mental health setting, outlining your leadership and communication skills, and stating which position(s) you are applying for.
