CosmaxNBT is seeking a motivated and ambitious Accounts Payable Officer for our Finance Department ABOUT THE ROLE CosmaxNBT Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Dandenong South, Victoria. As a full-time role, the Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for supporting the finance department through operating the day‑to‑day AP function by providing financial, administrative and clerical assistance. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner by reviewing B/L, PO, GST & tax compliance, cost centre and approval authorisations. Processing payments (weekly AP and other) including foreign currency payments. Bank reconciliation and other reconciliation including supplier statement, corporate credit card and more. Assisting with month‑end closing activities including FX translation on AP. Assisting with year‑end audit and tax related tasks (IAS, BAS, FBT and ITR). WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role. Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting. Experience in operating SAP software (FI and MM modules). Understanding in import invoices involving freight, custom, GST and FX matters. Experience in Manufacturing or freight‑forwarding industry. Flu in Korean or Mandarin / Cantonese (desirable).
