Utilising your initiative and problem solving skills to resolve service recovery opportunities, as a Service Review Officer you will also assist our claims teams to provide exceptional service delivery.You’ll be responsible for:Managing the end to end complaints process within specified timelines and quality, ensuring this is in line with internal procedures via reviews, report analysis and coachingReviewing and monitoring the complaints process performance, including identification of trends and implementation of initiatives to drive improvementMaintaining and reviewing ongoing compliance and service delivery requirements to our customersLiaising with appropriate Regulatory/Statutory authoritiesTo be successful in this role you’ll have:At least 12 months experience working in the Workers Compensation scheme in VictoriaProactively use their initiative to contribute to the success of the teamStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyA passion and demonstrated track record of identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiativesSound decision making and attention to detail when reviewing claims notes, reports and dataWhat's on offerBe part of a team that's open minded, supportive and genuinely focused on customer outcomesA sense of belonging in the workplace, where you are welcomed and encouraged to bring your most authentic self to work.An employer that is committed to supporting your work/life balance and is always open to conversations about flexible & remote working.Access to over 10,000 on-demand learning resources and programs, to support you in taking control of your career development.insurance products.
