We have a critical role with a key focus on process and productivity improvements to deliver cost savings within logistics, warehousing, customer excellence, supply and demand across the ANZ Zone. We are looking for someone who can stimulate innovation and improve existing ways of working, thereby supporting the development of a future-ready supply chain. Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to: Lead and develop a pipeline of cost savings opportunities, by running continuous performance reviews via data and analytics and hosting workshops. Own and lead cost reduction initiatives (Including CAPEX projects) within S&OP ANZ across logistics, warehouse and customer excellence. Including project delivery. Lead and set the project governance structure management within S&OP ANZ by partnering with the functional leads. Actively engage with the business units to ensure the effective deployment of the ANZ S&OP strategy and monitoring performance. Positively challenge and influence peers and senior management to deliver timely results within budget Ensure transparency and accountability in tracking and reporting on ANZ cost initiatives performance Provide support for projects and collaborate with global counterparts to identify the most impactful levers and ideas to reach productivity targets Review opportunities and bring the latest industry’s best practices for continuous improvement across the S&OP functions in areas including but not limited to, supply planning, demand planning, customer excellence, transport and warehouse. About you: Strong and proven experience in the field of Customer excellence, supply and demand planning, logistics and warehousing in the FMCG industry across Australia and/or New Zealand Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels Be able to simplify the complex when providing solutions and dealing with sophisticated challenges Project management skills from end-to-end, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise, and deliver.
