What You’ll Do Process Re-engineering: Lead workshops and design sessions to solve complex process challenges. Cross-Functional Improvement: Partner with functional leads to design and embed end-to-end processes. Process Governance: Establish and monitor process standards, clarify ownership, and drive adherence. Capability Building: Coach leaders and teams in CI tools and techniques. Solution Development: Collaborate with IT to define the size, cost, and scope of initiatives. Measurement & Reporting: Track benefits and embed metrics for efficiency, quality, and compliance. Strategic Support: Provide CI expertise to the Operations Manager for project design and delivery. Who You Are Experienced Leader: Expertise in Lean and structured CI methods, with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements. Collaborative Communicator: Highly engaging and influential in embedding process ownership and accountability. Problem Solver: Hands-on approach to solving challenges and driving sustainable change. Industry Knowledgeable: Experience in construction or construction-related functions is advantageous. Governance Champion: Ability to balance governance with practical improvement delivery.
