Managing Director - ServiceNow Consultant - CIS (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, SPM, APM, CAD, CSA) Senior ServiceNow Developer Security Requirement: Must be able to obtain NV1 Security Clearance Estimated Start Date: 19 January 2026 Hatchit Studios is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Software Developer to support a major federal government platform programme , delivering enterprise‑grade service management and workflow automation solutions. This role will suit a senior hands‑on developer who thrives in complex environments, enjoys shaping scalable ServiceNow solutions, and can collaborate closely with technical leads and business stakeholders. About the Opportunity You will work as a senior contributor within a high‑performing ServiceNow delivery team, supporting a mission‑critical Enterprise Service Management platform. The role focuses on: Platform configuration, enhancement and development Driving out‑of‑the‑box capability before custom build Supporting delivery across the 2025–26 financial year workplan Providing technical leadership, mentoring and solution guidance Key Responsibilities Develop, configure and customise the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements Design and build scoped applications, flows, scripts and UI components Assess business requirements and maximise out‑of‑the‑box ServiceNow capability Conduct code reviews, testing and quality assurance Debug and resolve complex technical issues Produce technical documentation and Functional Design Specifications Deliver solution demonstrations and stakeholder presentations Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring within the ServiceNow team Stay current with emerging ServiceNow technologies and best practice Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3+ years’ hands‑on ServiceNow development experience ServiceNow CSA certification – essential Strong capability across: Scripting, workflows and integrations ServiceNow out‑of‑the‑box application configuration Proven problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making ability Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in complex delivery environments Highly Regarded (Desirable) ServiceNow CIS certification or higher Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM processes Exposure to ServiceNow procurement workflows or procurement applications Why Join Hatchit Studios?
