Director and Head of Operations -J&M Fashions Seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager for B2B women's fashion apparel/clothing – motivated, organized, and customer-focused – to join our fast-paced wholesale team. Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Pemulwuy, NSW 2145 Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Handle customer enquiries via email and phone; process orders, create invoices, and follow up where needed. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness. Oversee social media and marketing content creation. Assist clients with product information, availability, and production timelines. Conduct market research and identify new B2B / B2C opportunities. Track industry trends and competitor activities; contribute ideas for business growth. Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery. Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction. Additionally, attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand the business network and represent SARAelegance Pty Ltd professionally. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, sales support, or customer service. Experience in the Women’s fashion/apparel industry is essential (B2B or wholesale preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive, energetic and positive attitude with strong attention to detail. Passion for the Fashion & retail boutique. Must have full Australian working rights. Must have own transport.
