The Opportunity We’re looking for energetic Sales Development Reps / Business Development Managers to join our Sydney team and help drive the success of our national B2B events portfolio. This is a lead-generation and sales role - perfect for: Early-career candidates UK nationals & Working Holiday Visa holders already in Sydney Anyone hungry to build a high-earning sales career If you’re ambitious, confident, and love speaking to people - this role could be your ideal launch pad. What You’ll Be Doing Identify, research, and engage new business prospects across multiple industries Drive outbound activity - calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach Book and conduct sales calls with decision-makers Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages to prospective clients Build and manage a strong pipeline from lead generation to close Communicate event value clearly and confidently Hit and exceed your personal and team revenue targets Work closely with marketing and operations on campaign delivery What We’re Looking For You don’t need years of experience, just the right attitude.
