Role Summary As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow up on marketing‑sourced leads. You will be the first point of contact with prospects and support the sales organization by identifying and nurturing opportunities. Job Responsibilities • Responsible for managing a multi‑million‑dollar book of business, contributing to 50% of company pipeline and 20% of closed‑won opportunities. • Manage a territory coverage plan of ~100 accounts. • Create individualized marketing content for outbound campaigns. • Conduct corporate research and identify buying committee members. • Conduct value assessments and position Optimizely solutions. • Research target account lists and execute outbound strategy. • Provide weekly pipeline forecasts. • Achieve daily call, email, LinkedIn outreach metrics. • Partner with local teams to create account‑based engagement programs. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
