We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey Your Mission We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing SDR team. Reporting to our SDR Manager APAC, you will be supporting the team on accelerating the distribution of Nuvei's products with specific focus on the Australian & New Zealand markets by uncovering new outbound opportunities & qualifying inbound leads. Key Responsibilities Generating new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via inbound/outbound initiatives and activities Setting a strong example for newer SDRs Demonstrating best practice and up-to-date knowledge of our products and the value to potential and existing clients Managing your time efficiently and prioritising your workload Collaborating with various internal departments to improve business processes and support onboarding of new clients Proactively engaging with potential and current clients and building strong relationships Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers Expanding market knowledge and awareness through your own research Develop sales leads by using sales tools with outbound sales prospecting effortsOrganise and manage your pipeline and present to your line manager Requirements Bachelor's degree in business or related field Track record of achievement and success in competitive environments Ability to build internal and external relationships to gain and share information such as industry trends Relevant customer facing/ calling experience Exceptional relationship‑building skills Fluent in English Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills Self‑starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role Ambitious individual with lofty career goals Emotional Intelligence Team player Desirable: Previous experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative) Benefits Flexible working arrangements, with a hybrid office and home setup; A dynamic, inclusive, and supportive work environment fostering collaboration, innovation, and creativity; Opportunities for career growth, with a focus on internal promotions and employee development; A global bonus plan recognizing contributions across the organization; Volunteering programs that allow you to make an impact in the community; Employee recognition and reward programs acknowledging outstanding performance.
