Sales Development Representative - Vivup (Sydney) Vivup is seeking an energetic, growth‑mindful Sales Development Representative to join our Sydney team and drive pipeline growth across the APAC region. You will work closely with both inbound marketing leads and outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively source new outbound leads. Generate interest in Vivup using multiple channels – email, phone calls, LinkedIn and video. Book and qualify prospects, uncovering their needs and determining the opportunity. Clearly communicate the Vivup value proposition, navigating and overcoming objections. Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. Schedule demos of the Vivup platform with qualified prospects for our Account Executives. Coordinate with AEs to ensure a smooth lead handover. Maintain a healthy pipeline in Salesforce and uphold data hygiene. Collaborate with the SDR team, sharing best practices and supporting a culture of constant learning. Requirements Excellent communication skills with confidence and professionalism. A passion for sales and genuine curiosity about people’s business challenges. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce a plus). A positive, proactive attitude with resilience to handle objections. Drive to learn, grow, and continually improve performance. Team‑first mindset; collaborative and supportive of peers. Experience in a fast‑paced SaaS or tech environment. Prior exposure to outbound or cold prospecting. Self‑starter attitude and comfort working towards clear targets. Why Vivup?
