Business Development Representative – Drive Growth in Tech Are you ready to jump into a fast‑paced B2B environment and make an impact from day one? We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and help grow our sales pipeline with innovative technology solutions. What You’ll Do Hunt down new business opportunities via calls, email, and LinkedIn. Qualify prospects and identify high‑potential leads. Schedule meetings with potential clients and hand them off to Account Executives. Keep CRM data accurate and up to date. Work closely with sales and product teams to understand solutions and shape growth strategies. What You Bring 1–2 years’ experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in tech or industrial sectors. Comfortable using CRM and outreach tools; knowledge of frameworks.
