| | || --- | --- || Workplace Location | Brisbane Inner City |We need you to critically analyse Secretariat operations, provide expert advice on offender management, and support the Manager in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effective administrative support of the Board. You will also lead and develop a small team, foster a positive and diverse workplace culture, and contribute to strategic reporting and auditing frameworks.Your day to day will include supervising staff workloads, mentoring and coaching team members, allocating and quality assuring Secretariat outputs.
