Based in Western Sydney, we specialise in the design, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution of innovative commercial and residential hardware from locks and access control systems, to handrail systems that meet the needs of the aged and disability market. About You You're a motivated and relationship-focused salesperson who thrives on building new business, nurturing existing accounts, and achieving growth targets. You're confident presenting to customers, comfortable working independently on the road and behind a laptop and enjoy representing a trusted brand in the market. You bring energy, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset to every customer interaction. What You’ll Own & Lead Drive sales growth of the Lencare product range throughout Queensland Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B customers, with a strong focus on healthcare, aged care, and building hardware sectors Identify and secure new business opportunities, channels, and markets Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular visits, calls, and product presentations Conduct on-site training, demonstrations, and after-sales support to drive product adoption Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to roll out targeted sales campaigns Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform territory strategy Accurately manage pipeline data, quotes, call cycles, and customer information in the CRM Work closely with the Lencare/Freshware Business Manager to align on territory objectives and growth targets Represent Lencare at industry events, expos, and customer trade days Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and WHS practices What You Bring Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in the building hardware, healthcare, or aged care sectors) Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills Self‑motivated and target‑driven with a hunter mindset Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong problem‑solving ability and proactive approach to customer needs Willingness to travel regularly throughout Queensland Valid driver's licence Experience using CRMs and basic reporting tools Why Join Us?
